Founded in 1989, HDI is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is the world’s largest membership association for internal and external IT Service and Support professionals. HDI is member-focused and remains vendor-neutral in its efforts to facilitate open, independent networking and information sharing within the association’s global network. Our goal is to provide timely and useful information to our membership that will result in their ability to better support their customers. Since 1990 we have provided a networking environment and learning forums. The Chicagoland Chapter is a member of HDI's One Association. We hope that as you participate in our chapter meetings and find them educational and inspiring.
